Question: Will Biotechs Rise Next Year?

Biotech stocks have had a rough year. Take for instance the giant Genetech (DNA). For 2007 the stock went DOWN a total of 16.6%. When you look closer you see the stock going up in the middle of the year only to fall down from that high 22%. So will 2008 be a better year? I don't think the recovery will be so quick but it's a good opportunity to build up your biotech position over the next 2-3 years. Within this period the sector should be stable or slightly gain, but then within the next 10 years I see the biotech sector being a leader in the markets.
